2. Description of Service
Desipops provides an online platform for purchasing premium roasted makhana snacks. Our products include roasted and flavoured fox nut (makhana) snacks available across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of all applicable taxes (MRP).
- Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges vary by location and will be communicated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@desipops.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We do not accept returns for perishable food items unless they are damaged upon arrival.
6. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
