Shipping & Returns

Fast, reliable delivery across India — and a no-questions-asked returns promise on every unopened pack.

1. Where we deliver

DesiPops ships pan-India. We deliver to every serviceable PIN code across all 28 states and 8 union territories through our logistics partners. If your PIN code isn't covered by standard delivery, our team will reach out to you with an alternate option.

International shipping is not currently available. For bulk export enquiries, please write to us at contact@desipops.com.

2. Delivery timeline

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours of being placed. After dispatch, expected delivery times are:

  • Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote areas & North-East: 5–7 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping charges

Free shipping above Rs. 499

Orders of Rs. 499 and above ship free anywhere in India. Orders below Rs. 499 carry a flat shipping fee of Rs. 49, regardless of destination.

  • Orders ≤ Rs. 498: Rs. 49 flat shipping
  • Orders ≥ Rs. 499: FREE shipping
  • Cash on Delivery: additional Rs. 30 handling fee

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can also track your order status anytime from your Orders page on desipops.com.

If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please reach out via WhatsApp or email.

5. Returns policy

Because we sell a food product, our returns policy is designed around food safety regulations and hygiene best practices.

Unopened packs — 7-day window

You may return any unopened, unused pack within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. The tamper-evident seal must be intact and the batch/expiry label must be legible.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, crushed, or you receive the wrong flavour, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Opened packs — food safety note

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on packs that have been opened, partially consumed, or had their tamper-evident seal broken. If you're unhappy with the taste, please reach out — we'd love to hear your feedback and will do our best to make it right.

6. Refund timeline

Once a return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method:

  • UPI / cards: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank
  • Net banking: 5–10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: refunded as store credit or to a bank account of your choice within 7 business days

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched for a full refund. Once an order is handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still return it under our 7-day unopened-pack policy above.
